Realizing the needs for World Class training of Security Guards to combat the increasing threat of terror, GPRS have modern & well equipped security training centre & infrastructure at Kalinga Vihar in the name of MS Kings Manpower Development Private Limited with qualified and experienced faculty members. The Institute is also affiliated to National Skill Development Corporation under Ministry of Skill Development, Govt. of India and Society for Skill Development , Government of Odisha.
GPRS provides 200 hours comprehensive security training based on evaluation system to meet professional standard & knowledge to work as a competent Security Guard. The course content on the following topics:-
Physical training, drill & deportment
Professional Knowledge
Roles & responsibilities
Protecting people & property
Emergency situations & Responses (Fire/Robbery/Building Evacuation)
Guards knowledge is reviewed further, on periodic basis.
